 Use our Zip Rods™ for your outdoor living area draperies and mosquitonetting for the easiest rods to open and close. - We recommend black iron products as the historically classic outdoor hardware for patios, follies, gazebos, grottoes, pool areas, outdoor living areas.
- Our black painted finish is either black water resistant powder coat or hand painted exterior wrought iron paint (used on iron fences in many countries).
- We suggest you add a marine grade urethane top coat (available at most hardware stores) for exterior or wet area use.
- All rods will need support bracket every 4 to 5 feet.
- Ceiling brackets are a great solution with matching ceiling c ring brackets for traversing c rings.
- Aluminum rods may be treated with marine grade urethane. However, we do not recommend for long term exterior use as they may pit with time or harsh conditions.
- Please note professional installation may be recommended.
